Rosanna M. Salcedo has been an educator for more than twenty-three years. She is currently the Dean of Equity and Inclusion at an independent school outside of Boston, MA. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College, and Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is a first-generation Latina of Dominican heritage, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. In addition to her work as an educator, DEI practitioner, and personal development coach, she is a mother and a self-trained artist.
